Happiness....everyone has their own view of what makes them happy, whether that's an object, a person or even something they have done/achieved that makes them happy .It could be the smallest of things, but how do you know if you are really happy?
well..i thought i was, then i realised that i wasn't so i decided to make some changes, on major one being my job that i had worked in for nearly 11 years.
so for 2017, i can truly say that I've never been happier! changing my job was the best thing i did! i never realised how unhappy i really was...and i was unhappy for a long time.
now, I'm not one for change..in fact i hate it! but I've come to learn that change CAN be a good thing. and i now appreciate changes...abit more anyways!!
it was a massive thing for me to leave my job, i had known the place inside out for years and i knew my surroundings..and i got way to comfortable being in my little bubble that i thought i would always be in because i was too scared to change. i was utterly petrified but when i look back at a year, i cant believe how much of a positive impact it had on me for me to feel so happy now!
i suffer from anxiety and since not being there i am soo much calmer! i don't dread going to into work the next day, I'm happy going into work and working for someone is generally lovely and who actually appreciates who she has!
so remember people, change can definitely be a good thing! and if i can do it anyone can :) you will never know what other excting doors it may open....!
its amazing how much people can have a massive affect on your mood, surrounding yourself by positive people is a huge key to being happy.
'you deserve to be happy, you deserve to life a life you are excited about. Don't let others make you forget that.'
Now, as we have headed into a new year (2018,can you believe it?!) and at a very happy and positive start, I decided to buy a 'happiness journal', so each day you write something that has made you smile, so i can look back in a years time and have some little memories as well as photographing more of my days, that's definitely a resolution of mine, to make more memories. life is way to short....x

I hope your start to 2018 has been a happy one and i hope it continues for the rest of the year for whatever exciting things you have planned!
